Cubin is a web app, so it needs a connection to save. On weak signals it stays usable — you can keep adding items locally and Cubin syncs when your bars return. For most pre‑move walkthroughs that's enough; we're tracking full offline mode for a future release.
Yes. Most operators bring in a CSV of their client list and we'll help map it in. Estimate history doesn't migrate (cube data formats differ) but new estimates start fresh in Cubin from day one.
